Services include a 25 minute one-on-one virtual meeting with you to get an understanding of what you’re looking for in terms of upgrading, remodeling, or developing your property. From there, we will assess if what you are proposing is allowable given the applicable zoning and building code regulations, and answer any questions you may have regarding the potential of the property, the processes involved with the city, and rough timelines and costs to accomplish what you seek to do. Any questions we cannot answer on the spot, we will research the applicable zoning laws, and provide a response via email.

The final deliverable will be an email with notes from our discussion, and a zoning analysis of the property which will provide you with the relevant information to determine if it is possible and prudent to proceed with the project you have in mind.
